I bought this for my joints, with the hope it would also strengthen my nails and hair - so far so good, I love this stuff. Regarding the water soluble thingie, I have mine every morning in my hot coffee, but I've had an issue with the dreaded 'slimey monster' produced when you attempt to stir into cold or tepid liquids - but not with this brand. I had it with iced tea and it was great. I will say that there is absolutely no discernable taste and I mix mine with everything from hot coffee to smoothies, if anything it just tastes richer.<br />I take a lot of supplements to turn back the clock and give this body everything it could possibly need in order to heal, soothe and support it through the remaining years I have left. I believe this...Every Little Bit Collagen Peptides...gives me consistent relief from some of the worst of it.

I use collagen protein in my daily smoothies since I’m allergic to most protein powders. This one is great! I get my protein and collagen without a bunch of other ingredients that I don’t want. It blends perfectly in my smoothies, and I can’t even taste it. This one comes recommended!

Tastes terrible and does not dissolve well in coffee like other brands I've used. Wish I could return.

It has an after taste due to the protein in the powder. It does dissolve well. Also, my hair grew a lot and my nails were stronger.
