I have been taking this for six months and I will keep on buying. I have noticed that after two weeks of taking it every day my anxiety has gone down tremendously,I couldn’t figure out what I was missing ( Yes I have been to a doctor but all they want to do is prescribe you “ medication “ for anxiety, especially when you just get it out of Nowhere and it’s not psychological, I wanted to figure out what my body needed and not go the prescription route ) Then I found it :) Took me one yr to finally find out the perfect product and this is it, it has other benefits of course and I overall recommend it to anyone just for overall health to take it daily.

I have been having headaches and muscle spasms. I read that this combination of vitamin could really help me. So far I have been taking it at night for a better night sleep and am waking up without thew usual spasms and headaches. The calcium aspect is something I also needed because as I age, my bones need the calcium. I would buy this again, life is better when you are sleeping well and have less pain.

I’m not sure about the absorbency, and there is no flavor. However they have all the right ingredients that I need to help maintain and build my bone mass. I will continue using this product until I get my next bone scan.

Ordered these for my Mom. She had to give them back to me after a month tho. She couldn't take the Magnesium. Apparently she is taking another product with magnesium and it was too harsh on her 89 year old system. I am now taking them and they are great. I can use the extra D along with the other vitamins. I was almost out of my brand and had no issues switching to these for now. I take 3 a night. They are larger pills but are still easy to swallow. No after taste or any taste when I take them. Easy on the stomach and are apparently doing what they are supposed to do bc I haven't noticed a change in my health... good or bad.

I started this product because of a severe skin rash that I’ve had for 1 yr and not one doctor could tell me what it is. I was thinking internal, so read on deficiencies and aids in skin care. All of these supplements were beneficial in my research so I tried it! Within one week my skin was 50% within 2weeks 75%. My health is still a concern and rash not 100% gone but the change in my skin AND MY SLEEP were dramatically better! Very pleased with how i feel!!!
