Pretty good! It offers some additional ingredients that I normally dont have in my daily multi. I make sure to take this on the early side with food because it contains caffeine. Now that I have taken a closer look at the various ingredients, I really think it could be marketed toward perimenopausal or menopausal women. I'm not there yet, but being that I am in my mid 40s, I am likely closer than I think. So far all systems are still doing their thing. This would be something I'll keep in mind for future use

While I do like that Me First Living Well Vitamins for Women contain vitamins and minerals my regular daily vitamin does not, these vitamins don't contain as much of the vitamins/minerals I consider a priority to my health (calcium, vitamin D, E). They're also more expensive than the name brand daily vitamin I take.
