Better than the name brands
The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.

Wouldn't buy again
Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid. Not worth the premium — comparable products cost less per serving.

You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.
