Better than the name brands
No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.

Impressed on every front
Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Quality you can actually feel
