These capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste and the size is a smaller capsule. Being that I come from a family of heart issues I try do do my part on keeping healthy and I feel these Cardio Probiotics will help me maintain a healthy heart! I will be buying these again!

I simply regret purchasing these. My chest hurts after taking them with my omega 3.

No change in my cholesterol.<br /><br />The bottle arrived quickly and in a well-padded envelope.<br /><br />On the plus side, this is a one-a-day, not two or three, like some others.<br /><br />No noticeable or discernable flavor, either.<br /><br />However, I didn't see a change in my numbers. I am sure the seller would say you need to take this for a few months to notice the changes. I will not be taking this that long.
