This is a great fasting supplement.<br />But a word of caution. Everyone preaches to take electrolytes. Before you do, please make sure to do your research! Thank goodness, I did. There are a couple different types each of Potassium and Magnesium. Each has different purposes, for example the Magnesium Citrate in this supplement is to clean your system. Different types of Potassium will have different effects on you. Some will have more of an effect on heart palpitations. Make sure to look up the uses for each, especially if you are on medication. I'm not a medical professional, I'm only speaking from experience and research to encourage you to do your own research too. Too little or too much of this can be dangerous. Be aware, please. Don't just listen to someone saying you must do it. LOOK IT UP - IT'S YOUR BODY! Youtube, internet, books.

These was easy to go down. My first 24-48hrs of fastening is always the hardest. I normally get lite headed or have bad headaches but I’ve had neither. I take 1 pill every 2-3hrs

I’m pleasantly surprised by how well these work! I loved reading all of the positive reviews, but I was still a little skeptical, ya know? These really do work though! I’m currently on hour 37 of my fast (trying to go for as long as I can) and I still feel pretty good! I definitely still have a minor lingering headache and the hunger pains are there as expected, but these actually make the whole fasting process so much easier! I will say one thing (and this is probably TMI)… these have almost acted as a laxative for me. I did expect some digestion side effects given the ingredients in these, but I was NOT prepared for how much lol. I mean every time I take a dose, about an hour later, I end up having to use the bathroom. So just a heads up for anyone who has similar digestion as I do. I mean on one hand, it’s great because it’s kind of cleaning me out while I’m also fasting (gross, I know), but on the other hand, it is a minor inconvenience. I’m also drinking a LOT of water, so I’m sure that’s contributing to it too. Anyway… with that being said, I take about 3-4 capsules every time I’m starting to feel the effects of my fast. It’s typically about 20 per day, so this bottle is a good deal for someone like me.

These capsules are such an easy way to get your fasting salts in. No bitter or salty taste, but you're still getting the nutrients you need to keep your electrolytes up! Will definitely buy again!

I love fasting, and these do the trick. I have no problem with them, I just think there’s still room for improvement. One, it seems a little expensive for salt, potassium, and magnesium, no? I could be wrong. But taking 24 of these PER DAY? That would mean this will only last a 5 days of a fast. That seems like kinda many- why not just make them a little bigger or more potent? Again, I’m no expert. At $22 for 120 pills, taking 24/ day, that does only come to about $4.50/day, when a US meal is probable $3-4 minimum, three meals a day about $10 to eat each day, so you’re still probably saving overall. But if I only did a 7 day fast, that’s like 168 pills. I just wish I could take like maybe only 6-10 per day, ans I wish they cost less… 😬<br /><br />*Some of them also obviously spilled open. But not many.
