Helped me from losing so much hair on a vegan diet

These vitamins have stopped my hair from falling out. I’ve been a vegetarian following a more vegan diet and lost a lot of hair. After taking these vitamins for 6 day, the excessive shedding completely stopped. I take them daily.

Energy

I bought these a referral from a friend who knew that I had been feeling super tired all the time. I also suffer from arthritis and don’t feel well a lot of the time. I started taking these and noticed a huge change win my energy levels! Wow what a difference! I’m so glad I found these! I take them usually with lunch. I was taking them at dinner but felt like I couldn’t sleep well. I have a sensitive stomach and usually vitamins hurt my stomach but not these as long as you take them with food. If my stomach does start to hurt I just eat like a teaspoon of some sort of fat like avocado or peanut butter, I guess fat helps the vitamins to digest better. I also have a difficult time swallowing any sort of big pill and so far these have been ok! I definitely recommend them!
