Great combination of ingredients. Could be significantly improved via adding 25 micrograms of Vitamin K2 in the form of Menaquinone-7 per 1000 IUs of Vitamin D. Thanks NutraChamps.
I love NutraChamps products! I used everything from vitamins, to collagen & super greens. They never disappoint and this product is no different! I've switched my regular magnesium supplements with this one before I go to bed and night and love them. If you have not tried their products, DO IT NOW! (The women's multi vitamin is my favorite :) But I've been happy with everything I've tried)
I’ve been taking these for about almost two week now and feel an over all improvement. I’m sleeping good and feel like it’s helped with food cravings. Also it’s helpful for joints I have joint pain in knee and shoulder I’m having very less pain after taking this. I recommend this one for who have joints pain
I have taken other brands of zinc before. And, I have to be very careful to have enough food and nutrients in my body before taking zinc so I am not left with a "sick to my stomach" feeling. But, with this zinc, I can take it anytime and it never left me with that sick feeling. And, it is very easy to swallow. For these two reasons, I recommend it.
I was taking individual zinc, magnesium and Vitamin D3 pills and this product just save me some money and cabinet space.
I liked the fact it's 3 things in 1 pill. It's a low dose was a little worry wasn't going to be strong enough. I was experiencing leg pain and read somewhere it could be low magnesium, so I started on these and legs feel better. Now I am not going to say for sure it was the pills but all I know my legs don't hurt. So convinced me
