Really good stuff

Very good, works good with the fruits and vegetables in your diet. Helps me think about eating them more. Together there are alot of healing properties. Its encouraged to take zinc because it its vital to have because of the Covid 19 pandemic. This and Vitamin D3 and C.

Taking zinc for years

We've been taking zinc tablets for years now. My thought is that why spend more for products that contain zinc. Just take the plain zinc tablets. Cheaper and you're getting the full benefits of zinc.
Used to just take zinc during the cold/flu seasons. If we were exposed to someone with the cold, the zinc seemed to help keep up healthier. If by chance we did catch a summer or winter cold, we'd start the zinc at the first sign of a cold and our colds weren't as bad and didn't last as long as they would otherwise.
Since Covid started, we've been on zinc since Feb 2020. Started with full dose and now we just take 1/2 of a pill every single day.
I will suggest that you take zinc with a full stomach. Better yet, take 1/2 pill after breakfast or lunch and the other 1/2 after dinner. Might not affect everyone this way but, for us, we get nauseated if we take it on an empty stomach.

Taking this as an adjunct for preventing Covid.

I was surprised that these came in large capsules. They are not hard to swallow but I expected a smaller pill.

Easy to swallow

First time taking Zinc as a supplement, suggested by a Physician to help the immune system fight against virus. There’s no taste, and they’re easy to swallow. Happy with product.
