To start, they pay you to leave a five star review, so take any of the positive reviews with a grain of salt. I ended up returning this because once I received it I realized that the label made very misleading claims on how much magnesium you are actually getting. I was looking for high dose magnesium to help with pms, so this one, being 500 mg of different types of magnesium, was perfect. Except it’s only less than 90mg of elemental magnesium I would need 4-5 to meet the 500mg I need. Doing some research, magnesium supplements are supposed to use the elemental magnesium amount on the label, not the weight of magnesium product. I believe that this was done to intentionally mislead consumers into thinking they are getting the larger amount listed.

I love this product because it helped so much with the neuropathic pain that I was experiencing in my feet, right leg, and the pain in my right hip due to being magnesium deficient. I do have a herniated disk in my back but that wasn't what was causing this intense pain. I could barely walk and complete errands due to this pain. I would cry on a daily basis from this neuropathic pain until I purchased your Magnesium Complex capsules and started taking them on a daily basis. My feet also stayed extremely cold all the time and I didn't know why that was happening either. These problems started some years ago but got worse over time. I had been using Calm to help with sleep at night but it required me mixing it and drinking something that I did not particularly like the taste of - I find with this supplement I keep at the ready on my bedside table and all I do is take one easy to swallow capsule and find I'm sleeping within an hour or so, sleep most of the night and no hangover feeling in the morning.
