I've been told I should try magnesium for a number of reasons. I did not feel like this supplement did anything. Stopped taking them
I had no idea that magnesium could do so much for PMS and menopause. I have been trying to find a good magnesium formulation for a while. Because of stomach issues, I have to change my supplements every few weeks to keep the tummy troubles to a minimum. Along the way, I have found a few really good batches and a few that really didn’t do much for me. I have done a decent amount of research to find out what can help my body get the most benefits since I have trouble with some absorption. This combination was very interesting to me because I have been trying to raise my zinc intake as well, so having a supplement that has a combination of three different ingredients that I am taking really sounded good to me. Passionflower is something I have been using in my diffuser for a while now to help with stress levels, and so far it has been wonderful. Sometimes supplements don’t have much of active ingredients, but this supplement is really generous. I have really noticed a difference in the nights I have taken this the next morning. I have trouble with my mind racing as I go to bed. Usually, it's stress from remembering all the things I should have done but didn't or guilt from not doing a good enough job of what I did accomplish. I will try to take these at dinner time to avoid tummy trouble and give them a chance to start working before I go to bed. If I do, they really do help with mind racing. I am not sure if it is the magnesium or passion flower, but the combo works quite well. If I forget or take it too late, it will still help reduce the tossing and turning, but I will not have the same relief from the night thinking. I was a bit confused trying to find the instructions, but looking at the ingredients with that high magnesium content, I assumed one would be plenty.

My husband has trouble with getting leg cramps, especially at night, so I was excited to have him try these as well. I didn’t tell him what they were formulated for until he tried them for a couple of nights. Out of all the different supplements he has tried for leg cramps, these were the second best. The only ones to beat these out were liquid formulations, but I think that is just because they work faster without having to dissolve. This is a nice strong dose of things that help with more concerns than what is shown, so if you're on the fence about trying these, jump that fence to give these a go. The chances are they will help you, and you can’t beat the value! These are easy to take, they don’t smell bad, and they are a wonderful blend with a good dosage amount.
This magnesium supplement is helpful for cramps and PMS symptoms. It has been helping with my leg cramps. I was hesitant to try this without any English directions listed on the bottle, and scrolled deep into product details on Amazon to find those. Take one capsule before bed. It would be a nice thing to add to packaging and label.
