Saffron is a amazing wonderful supplement by Dr. Daniel Amen. I ordered it directly through his website I will continue to order it now on Amazon. Most people don’t know the benefits of saffron. I just suggest you do some research because it’s everything that it says it is.

I heard about these capsules on a podcast, and had to try. I definitely feel lighter, more relaxed, and less stressed when I take these. I have been taking only 2 a day, but the recommended is 3. I am super into them and glad that they’ve become a part of my daily routine! I highly recommend :)

I was taking Xanax for years since my dad passed away and then my doctor decided he wanted to get me off of it because it’s addictive. So he put me on Lexapro and I hated it!!! Since this is my second bottle of Happy Saffron pills and they make me happier than I was before! Happy, not lathargic!

I disliked that I bought it for some tiny feeling of happy but I felt nothing. It was ok for pain relief. But I take turmeric already for that..
