Wellgenix Osteogenix Plus Advanced Joint Flex Formula is pricey, but it contains a really good mix of supplements to help with joint pain. In three caplets, there is there's MSM (750 mg ), a dash (10 mg) of type 2 collagen, glucosamine (750 mg), chondroitin (600 mg), and 50 mg of hyaluronic acid. It also contains turmeric, bromelain, ginger root, and white willow bark, which may help relieve pain without taking aspirin.<br /><br />You get one month's worth of supplements in the bottle and they're made in the USA and work very well. If you have trouble swallowing large caps, be warned -- these are huge. I normally swallow multiple pills at once, but even two of these at once is a task.<br /><br />Still, the benefits of this mix of ingredients makes them a win for me. They make my joints feel younger and better. I'm very impressed with everything but the price.

This is a very comprehensive joint support formula, though the more ingredients you have the more pills you have to take unless you compromise the dosages. This is a 3 tablet per day formula and the tablets are large. Wellgenix seems to be marketing towards boomers, but seniors may find swallowing these pills uncomfortable.<br />As for the effectiveness, I've been taking joint support supplements for months now so I'm in maintenance mode. What I can say is that I've continued to be able to move freely despite my arthritis and wear & tear on my joints.

I started having bad knee pain over twenty years ago. What fixed it was the discontinued Natures Bounty triple strength joint supplement. The result was slow at first, but after three years, the pain was gone. Whenever I stopped taking the supplements for a few weeks, the pain would come back slowly. Anyway, Natures Bounty decided to discontinue the triple strength formula without an equivalent or better alternative. I have tried many different brand and formula since then, but nothing seems to work as well as the triple strength. Not until I found this one. The ingredients are very comparable, so as the effectiveness. One huge bonus with this one, it the taste, or lack of. I like the it better than. Anyway, I am very happy with this supplement so far.

My knees aren’t making that funny noise nearly as often!<br /><br />I wanted to take this for a good month or so before I reviewed it. My homeopathic doctor told me that usually takes a while for glucosamine to really start to do its job and to do it well. I don’t think it took the full four weeks for me to start noticing changes.<br /><br />Is it magic, like in the sense that my knees are perfect? No. But it does have a little bit of magic in it. My knees definitely grind less, and I’m just a little bit less aware that they exist. This is a really nice product and I imagine that over time it will not only help my knees get better, it’ll keep other parts of my body from getting worse.
