Good But Only a 12 Day Supply
I didn’t pay close enough attention but it only comes with twelve servings so you’re paying $4/day to use the product which seems very expensive

This is one of the more effective post workout supplements I've tried. Muscle recovery is definitely increased. Decreased soreness, increased readiness to participate in strenuous workouts and overall more energy and effective workouts. Very happy with the results!
This is a great protein supplement to take right before bed to help with sleep. The only issue is I think they put too much sodium in it. Other than that, I'd recommend it.
Thorne has a reputation for quality supplements, but this is one of the worst priced protein powders I've ever seen. 12 servings for $50 with only 13g of Whey protein concentrate. Concentrate is the poorest form of whey as it hasn't had the fat and cholesterol filtered out. It's hydrolyzed for quicker digestion, but do you really need your protein hydrolyzed before bed? I would expect clean Whey Isolate at this price point. This does have added GABA, L-Tryptophan and Magnesium to help you sleep but that doesn't really justify the price at all. You can buy 5lbs(roughly 66 servings with double the protein per serving) of whey for $50 then get a bottle of GABA for a few bucks and it will serve you better. Thorne themselves even has a 30 serving Whey Isolate for $58 [[ASIN:B0797B27FW Thorne Whey Isolate]] which makes this product make even less sense amongst their own product line.

The mixability is good(no clumping in my shaker). The taste is sort of a dark chocolate with a slight chalkiness(no doubt attributable to the added ingredients). It's not bad at all, but expensive and even midrange protein powders tend to taste much better. This would be a fine product at a much lower price point, but I cannot recommend it at $50 for 12 shakes.
Thanks
Very good
