This a tasty way to administer elderberry & zinc, both known for immunity. The only caveat is that gummies are loaded with sugar. Yummy, but really necessary?

I take a number of supplements and have switched mostly to gummies for most vitamins and elderberry for the immune system.<br />The price is quite reasonable and the gummies are much less sweet than others I have taken.<br />The flavor is just the right balance and they dissolve slower which I like and there has been no gastric upset which has often been a problem for me with Vitamin C tablets or capsules.
