Good product.
The product arrives as described, supplies a good nutritional meal replacement or protein supplement to workout. It tastes good.<br /><br />Like most high protein meal replacement/supplements it has a mild, somewhat chalky, aftertaste but if you familiar with this type of nutritional product that is true for ALL of them, whether they admit of or not. This one has far less so than average.<br /><br />The Cafe flavor is the best of these, but it has a lower protein/oz level (20 grams/11 oz). Strawberry and Banana are my go to's for this product at the higher protein level (40 grams/14 oz). Though I do use the Chocolate and Vanilla flavors as well for a change of pace.

Works well.
Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Been taking this for about six weeks.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
