Many people suffer from an upset stomach after taking certain supplements - I am one of these people. I oftentimes have to return supplements or vitamins due to stomach pain. I have tried these for a few days now (I usually feel the effects right away) and have not felt any sort of discomfort. I will update this post if I do, however I am very pleased with these vitamins so far! A plus that they taste great.

I really didn’t think I was going to see a difference in my hair or nails as fast as I did! It’s been just a little over a week now that I started taking these and I already feel my nails getting harder. They have an amazing sour cherry flavor but the texture is a little more on the sticky side.

Love the cherry flavor of these gummies - they tasted like healthy candy!<br /><br />I was actually surprised to see that this gummy not only contained just biotin, but also vitamins A, C, D, E, B-6 and B-12 as well as calcium, idoine and zinc. For me, it was great to have these all in one, especially for the price point for a month's supply! My recommendation to the company, however, is that they make this clearer on the front of the label, in case anyone taking these is also taking additional supplements for any of the included vitamins and/or minerals.

I do not have a sweet tooth and am not usually a fan of gummy supplements, but I have to say these biotin gummies are outstanding. I am on my 3rd bottle and they are the highlight of my supplement taking each day (I save them for last.) Delicious cherry flavor that is the perfect balance of tart and not-too-sweet. My hair stylist commented several times at my most recent appointment that my hair was in "great shape." I can't help but think it's related to these biotin supplements! Very satisfied with the product as a whole.

I have been using this product for a few weeks. There has been a noticeable change in my hair health, and growth has increased slightly. I cut my nails too often so I can't comment too much of its impact on that but there has been a slight increase in growth there as well.<br /><br />The flavor is mild, and not too strong and the texture was soft, and chewy. Overall, a good product.

Since 2020 is a pretty stressful year, I decided to give myself a quarantine haircut by shaving my long quiff off. I also decided to give this gummy vitamins a try & my whole head of hair grew tremendously after a month. I take like one or two gummies a day hence the hair & nail improvement. The flavor tastes great like sweet cherry rather than cough syrup flavor. The price is great as well! It was nice to experiment with my quarantine shaved head with hair supplement gummies.
