My hair was thinning. I tried many different biotin products and didn't notice any change in my hair. But, one of these a day made a difference. I recommended them to my friends. A side benefit was my fingernails grew, too. My doctor loved the ingredients.

I am 68 yrs old and have been highlighting my hair most of my life. Now that I have to take more RX medications for different things my hair has suffered because of it. I must say the exact same bottle, same strength and quantity there was $54. These are the same pills at half the price. Definitely can see an improvement in my hair.
