Great protein and value for money! Please read

Great mixing and flavor. I thought I share a little advice here on proteins and how to best consume them.
SCALE/WEIGHT IT, each gram of this powder has .78 protein you need about 19 grams of this powder for 15 grams of protein. Rely on measuring with spoons only after you have found out how much each scoop weights. MIX IT DONT BLEND IT, the blades on the blender could disrupt the proteins that where processed very carefully to not be denatured. A small mixer/shaker like the Hennessy one in the picture with about 3 ounces of water is a good way to mix it. Treat it like medicine or live enzymes rather than like baking flour that you just do whatever with it.
And lastly YOU DON’T NEED SO MUCH, when you are consuming high quality proteins without extra fillers and ingested properly you don’t need 50 gram shakes. You don’t take mega scoops of creatine so why do it with protein? A few scoops of this mixed with like 10 grams of bone broth protein works great for me.

Gamey but clean taste (no prob for goat lovers) use a blender

I am a very open minded eater. I like goat cheese but it's not my favorite. I hadn't had goat milk in years .
but I gave this a shot. It has that gamey goat taste which is strange to me. It's like milk but with this other meaty hint (hard to describe) . I just can't get into it on a regular basis.
It clumps up a lot in water. I tried the shake vigorously in a jar with lid on but it didn't work (but I didnt tests with mixing ball)
Blending works well. It comes out frothy. There is a very slight graininess but hardly.
It tastes very clean and pure. If you are not sure about the taste go out an get some goat milk and try it or to remind yourself if you haven't had it in years.
If you bought this already and don't like the taste that much add some cocoa powder or some other flavoring and a sweetener. If you get an organic lemon and put the peel on the freezer and use a grater on the frozen peel and then blend that in you will get a sharp element that can cut into that gamey taste (lemon juice will cause the milk to curdle>not good) . In a smoothie it can further transformed in flavor, with say berries and berries added or some ginger.
After blending this stuff and it gets frothy it's good for coffee.
The 7 tablespoon serving size is a lot, almost half a cup. But that is 22 grams of protein which is a lot. If you're not working out you probably don't need that much. You could do 4 tablespoons (proper leveled off with a knife).
If you already like goat milk this is a great product so I give it 4 stars.

Requires 7 Tablespoons

I purchased this because the alternative was $60 for the same amount (1lb). At $30 it seemed like a bargain but it turns out that I needed 2Lbs to the equivalent of another brands 1lb.

Aside from that, the taste if fine, it mixes well and I do like that it is just Goat Milk Whey. Not sure why it requires 7 level tablespoons for one serving.

Tastes great.

After using a pricier brand for years, I decided to give this goat whey protein powder a try. I really like it. I haven’t noticed any flavor changes to my fruit smoothie. It blends up well. Same easy digestion as the other brand. Makes for a great breakfast. Excellent price on subscribe and save.

Smooth taste and texture

I had to use my Vitamix to get this Z Natural Foods Goat Whey Protein Powder Concentrate to blend into the almond mild I wanted to use. The taste is much smoother/mellow than other powders I've tried. But it's all in what you blend it with. I got creative with different ingredients and it was fine. Blend up all your other ingredients first, especially if you're adding ice. Then add the protein and blend on low for about 15 seconds. It won't foam up if you do this. My favorite was a scoop of the goat protein powder with almond milk, ice, a few frozen banana slices, raw cacao powder, a dash of maple syrup, and a good size splash of cold brew coffee. No bloating, just quick morning fuel before my workout. I'm craving one now!

Mix with organic cocoa for a warm drink anytime. At first I wasn’t use to it. Now I crave it.

The flavor was a little goat milk but I began to crave it. I mix with cocoa and it’s my go to warm drink.
