Works better than other zinc firms I've tried!

This one hasn't disappointed, I've taken a while bottle and notice a difference in the white spots<br /> on my nails!

Easy to swallow!

Loved that it's 15 mg because some of my other supplements have zinc in them so I didn't need a full 30 mg. Easy to swallow and have been taking in conjunction with Vitamin C and Elderberry for immunity!

Suits my purposes.

I take this to complement my multi and give me some extra zinc. I researched a while and decided on this form of zinc. I trust Thorne supplements, since I’ve used their products before. The capsule is small and easy to swallow and doesn’t have unnecessary ingredients. I don’t necessarily feel any difference taking this product, but that’s because I take it for overall health and wellness benefits, and I’m relatively healthy already.

Add copper

I didn’t catch any colds while on this but I hear it’s important to take copper with zinc if you take this long term

No flavor high absorbance capsule

Was getting acid reflux and during pandemic wanted to up my zinc. This form of zinc is a high absorption grade, while other salts of zinc can pass through you without good absorption.
