Gummy vitamins are sometimes a dicey purchase. Some taste better then others, But the taste of this one is great! I didn't expect to enjoy them as much as I did, but the taste reminded me of fruit snacks. And it wasn't hard or ridiculously chewy like some gummies tend to be. They're really good! And the amount - 60 is a lot for that price. It's a real bargin!<br /><br />And the shipping was fast. Even as a Prime customer who's used to getting orders rather quickly. I only had to wait a day or two.<br /><br />Elderberry is important because it contains antioxidants that help your immune system ( who doesn't need that right now???), and this is a great way to get it.

Steer clear!! I was worried when I first got them as they looked sticky and wet inside the bottle. Upon opening it the smell of crayon was overwhelming, I thought maybe it just smelled awful because everything says it tastes great so I went ahead and tried one. Absolutely gross, it tasted worse than it smelled. I'll be trashing this bottle immediately. Don't waste your money.

My friend had made me a homemade cough syrup with Elderberries and it had worked but only a long as I took it so I was looking for a concentrated syrup that I'd hoped would ultimately have a more lasting affect but when I saw these for such a low price and good ratings, I had to try them! I tested these gummies first and (like my friend's homemade syrup) it did seem to make me feel better and relieve my cough as long as I took it so I'd definitely say it DOES have positive effects (good for daily wellness and immune boosting) but in the end, it wasn't quite enough for my needs (nor had I truly expected it to be). Now, before you automatically think "psychosomatic response", you need to realize that I'm a fairly educated person and have repeatedly used myself as a guinea pig. Anytime I try something new, I do so with the attitude that "I'll give it a try but doubt it's really going to do anything". After taking the new thing for a period of time, I stop and if I think I've noticed a difference then I wait a few days/ weeks and repeat the process once or twice more. While I do realize that this is still no guarantee of getting false results, at that point I really don't care because if it makes a positive difference - that's all we really want in life!<br /><br />Now, for the Nature's Truth Black Elderberry Extract: It worked wonders! After 2 weeks of taking a daily dose I stopped and NO MORE COUGH!!! Bottom line is, if something doesn't taste good most people won't use it! This product tastes good therefore it will get used however it's too soon to tell whether or not it does any good, you basically are using it in good Faith and hope that in the long run it is going to be good for you, as there is no way to gauge this as with most Nutrient products...<br /> I live in a hot humid area...and it's very important that your gummies don't turn sticky, and this does not turn sticky!
