This is a clean protein that’s been made in an GMP compliant and FDA Registered Facility. It’s also Non-GMO, Gluten Free and it’s also 3rd Party Tested. It’s not cheap for protein but, as I’ve learned, Unflavored is generally always more I assume because, most people want flavored so, they don’t have a big demand for this and less is made and that means a higher price.<br /> This is mandatory for cooking though and for me, it’s perfect to add with a scoop of chocolate collagen, so it’s not so sweet. I found the powder mixed well with milk if I used a shaker. Some small particles reman but you can stir them. Taste is neutral. Overall, it is a good way to get protein in my diet

This whey protein is a fine breading substitute if your watching your carbs. I recently used this in a recipe I found online and the results were excellent! Mixed with 1/4 Parmigian cheese, I used dipped some chicken tenders in some egg/whole milk, then into the whey protein/parm then fried in avacado oil. The results were great! Healthy chicken tenders! Nice crunch, nice flavor... recommended!

Not sure what to think, I was sick after using it the first time, and I used only half the amount recommended. I tried again using even less, thinking maybe my body needed to get used to it but it just made me a little less sick then the last time. My husband who eats everything that I buy and don’t like tried to use it and got sick as well. Maybe it was a bad batch, maybe we couldn’t tolerate it… not sure. Can’t recommend it though.

I bought this to make low carb keto bread, it works great for that purpose. Will buy again.
