I got these to try and I'm happy I did. I added collagen to my routine a few months ago and have been very happy with the results - lots less joint pain and my hair and skin are really benefitting. Hair and nails grow SO fast it's almost scary and I've noticed a lot less hair loss in my brush. I've tried several different types and this is easy to use and seems to work. I am going to explore some collagen with the five types of collagen but I've found this one is easy to use, works, doesn't leave a nasty taste (which is my deal breaker) and is super easy for use when I travel. I'll continue to use this form when on the road.

These have helped tremendously! Since I've been taking these my hair and nails haven't been breaking much. I have long nails for the first time. I usually can't get them to grow without breaking one of them and then I have to trim them all. I always lose so much hair when I wash my hair or if I simply comb it. But after taking these, for the first time, the amount of hair in my comb is not huge. Which is so life-changing. I really struggle with hair loss and these have helped so much.

A week after taking this I noticed my chronic knee pain disappeared. At this point I'm assuming the Health Logics Supreme Collagen is doing the trick. If I find the pain returns while taking these I will update this review.

I have taken other collagen in the past and it was a powder. It was pretty simple - one scoop in my water in the morning and I was finished. These are more complicated and by extension, not something I like. These require six tablets per day for a full dose, which is a lot.<br /><br />They may work fine for other people who do not already take medications, but to add six more tablets is too much.

Serving - 6 = Bottle 20 servings<br />The tablets are 3/4" long which is pretty standard size in the world of vitamins,<br />They do smell a bit like cow hide = which is exactly what the collagen is produced from.<br />(Grass-Fed Beef = hide)<br />The added 60 mg Vitamin C is an extra benefit<br /><br />My dislike = I feel 6 tablets of any single nutrition is a bit much.<br />I take several vitamins daily and don't care to add 6 pills just for collagen.<br />Having said that, this is a good collagen for those that don't mind the extra pills.<br /><br />My favorite way to consume collagen is in powder form.<br />I generally shop for unflavored / odorless / tasteless collagen.<br />It's excellent in all kinds of food and ya can't tell it's there.<br />THIS really isn't my cup o' tea.

Sometimes its so easy to forget to drink collagen powder, so this collagen tablets are practical and great alternative that I always put in into bag and just swallowed it instead of mixed the powder.
