I've been using whey for over 20 years, and this is a superior whey. It is obviously fresh (I could smell a fresh whey aroma the instant I opened the package), and it mixes as well or better than any other whey isolates I use. It tastes great, too. This is a top-notch company obviously. The whey was shipped fast and was packaged perfectly. I very highly recommend this whey. It is the REAL DEAL.
I love this protein powder because it is from grass-fed US cows, and is cold processed and micro filtered. It mixes easily and taste is not detectable to me. I probably should have read the ingredients more carefully, so I can't really knock the product too much. From reading the description, I thought it was just protein and chocolate powder, but there is Stevia in it. If you like the taste of Stevia, then this is probably good product for you. Stevia does not taste sweet at all to me though; to me it just tastes like some sort of chemical with a weirdly filmy aftertaste<br /><br />The quality seems good, and it mixes well though, so it does the job. I just had to remove one star for not being clear enough about the addition of Stevia. I understand that is probably a good thing for many people, so I can't knock it too much
I use this in gluten free baking, so I can’t comment on using it in beverages. It’s a good protein source to replace gluten in baked goods. Gives a nice texture that is like gluten containing bread
No gums, no artificial sweeteners (or any sweeteners), no added flavorings, no soy, just clean whey protein isolate with a little sunflower lecithin. For those needing a clean protein supplement that mixes very well, here it is. A little pricey but I've not found anything cheaper that comes close. Recommended.
