They work

I notice a difference in the thickness of my hair when I take these supplements. If you compare the amount of Biotin in these to other hair, skin, and nail supplements you’ll be shocked. It’s not even close. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they’re large pills and a little hard to swallow. Also, I take them before bed because sometimes they can give me a little stomach discomfort.
