I’ve had 5 knee surgeries and my left knee has no meniscus, so as active as I am, unfortunately Ive been feeling the pain and inflammation. I’ve been testing out a bunch of different supplements to mitigate my discomfort and inflammation and seems I’ve had the best results with this so far.<br />No side effects and so far a happy customer. As an ex-college track and crosscountry runner who still works out almost every day and then does long work days at my desk, I deal with constant inflammation and tightness. This product is a great supplement for the rehab/physical therapy exercises I do. Since taking it, I have noticeably more range of motion in my joints, and a lot less pain, inflammation, and tension. I am so happy to have found Codeage Supreme Joint Health. I have been taking collagen for a few years and don't take it as often as I should because the dose is usually several HUGE pills. I have tried mixes you put in your coffee and the texture doesn't work for me either. I love that I'm getting several benefits in 2 normal size pills w/Codeage-it even includes Turmeric which I had to take separately before. I love the benefits of taking collagen and see results in my nails and skin almost immediately so I'm grateful to be getting those benefit w/out having to take 6 HUGE pills every day on top of the other supplements I use. Having played competitive basketball for a good 20 years, I consistently experience knee, ankle and lower back pain. I've been taking Codeage's joint health capsules for a couple months now and couldn't be happier with the product.
