I was actually sick and had a horrible cough and a lot of chest and head congestion, so I was looking for something with a variety in one of natural supplements to try and found this, I took as directed and it definitely helped me improve and feel relief of my symptoms! Would recommend, as some products are very costly, this being less expensive actually works!

I bought this product to use after going through surgery. I knew I would need something to help me "bounce back". So far I love it! It doesn't have any negative side effects or taste. Started to take this and it's going to help during cold weather and safety protocols everywhere. It has the ingredients I have been taking before I ran out from other brands: elderberry, zince, vitamin c, garlic, echinacea. It's too early to tell how I feel and to be honest, it's really impossible to say if I feel any different with vitamins/supplements. But I like the ingredients and the seller ships this immediately. It's hard to find a supplement that has all these things.

It’s really help boost my immune system. Always take this stuff during flu and cold season. A lot of times I can get by without getting sick at all. And when I do get sick, I continue to take it and it seems to shorten the duration of my cold symptoms.
