Love these. Got em in a gift bag at work and they help me after a stressful evening of work. I work late and it’s hard sometimes to sleep especially after too much coffee. These strips eliminate excess caffeine! I’m usually asleep in 30 mins. They taste ok and give u vivid dreams but I kinda like em ! These work for me cuz I don’t drink or use drugs or smoke pot.

These supplement strips are easy to use and do the job! You fall asleep quickly and there is no groggy feeling in the morning! Plus they are all natural unlike some other sleep products!

Of all the melatonin supplements I’ve tried I like these best. No funky tasting dissolve tabs and no swallowing huge pills. The flavor almost kinda tastes like lavender, not very honey like, but it doesn’t bother me at all. And the strip dissolves quickly without any residue in my teeth. I find that half a strip is enough to get me off to sleep peacefully and awake without grogginess. I even gave 1/4 to my 10-year-old daughter in a pinch. Anyway- love these!

This helps me relax before bed, you dissolve on your tongue. OK taste but not a miracle worker if you can't fall asleep or stay asleep.
