I am a firm believer in these pre/probiotics. I have multiple food sensitivities including dairy and gluten, but right now I am not avoiding those foods. I've noticed less stomach upset, less gas, and less toilet troubles as a result of taking these gummies daily. Around day 4 I experienced the tell-tale tummy grumbles which are a good sign that the product is doing its job!<br />The manufacturer's mission statement says they are dedicated to using quality, clinically proven ingredients. From trying several of their products, I believe that. This product is easy to take (who doesn't love gummies), a good price, and actually work. Definitely give these a try and see what they do for you!

My doctor suggested I start taking probiotic to help with gut issues. After reading about the difference and benefits of a pre and pro biotic I was excited to find this combo in gummy form. I struggle to swallow large pills so this was perfect for me, plus they taste great! My gut issues have gone away since I've started taking these supplements.

I love the prebiotic and probiotics gummies. They are easier to remember to take cause they taste good. It's still too early to say if they work, but the gummies themselves are well made and don't taste stale like some other gummies.

Okay so let me start by saying that the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the taste. In my opinion, they taste absolutely disgusting. I am overwhelmed by the extreme sweetness of chemical fruit flavor and have to basically chew without breathing and gulp them down. But they WORK! I have been having digestive issues for months now and have been taking different fiber supplements and other digestive issues. I recieved these a week ago and have been having nice, easy bathroom trips every day since for the first time in months. I definitely recommend these but just beware of the flavor.

I ordered these to give them a try. I noticed I started getting extreme leg cramps. I researched to see if they could cause such a side effect but couldn’t find anything to back it up. I decided to stop taking them, and the cramps went away. I then started back up just to see if they actually were causing the cramps. I got leg cramps the evening after I took them. They were jump-off-the-chair-in- pain leg cramps. They affected my shins. I quit taking them and haven’t had any cramping return. I would be interested in knowing if anyone else had something similar happen to them.

I have taken a number of different probiotics and some work better than others. These are effective and the gummies are easy to take. I noticed feeling less bloated, and my stomach feels a bit flatter, when I take these.
