Please get this instead of Magnesium Oxide.

This is the best magnesium supplement I've tried in the "-ate" category. Avoid magnesium oxide as it will give you liquid poo from Hades. Magnesium Taurate by KAL – the magnesium for those who want to avoid projectile diarrhea. The Magnesium for Winners.

TOO MUCH B6 ! WARNING !

This is tolerable on the stomach as others have said. I have taken other magnesium supplements and most cause the runs, this one doesn’t. The PROBLEM is that this has 25mg of Vitamin B6 which is 1,250% of the daily amount. If you’re deficient in B6 then it’s safe to take these for 3 weeks or so but it’s NOT SAFE to take 25mg of B6 per day for long periods of time. GOOGLE IT !

Works for Heart Palpitations

I was having skipped heart beats and palpitations along with anxiety due to the palpitations (I'm 64). After research, I ordered this and have been taking it for a couple of months with good results so far. Sometimes I will take a tablespoon of molasses for additional benefit. I will continue to order.

Company not transparent - refused to provide ingredients

When contacting the Kal to find out how much taurate is included with magnesium. For example, Double Wood notes on their label that it contains 120mg of elemental magnesium and 1.5g of taurate. When contacting Kal, I was told from them the following... "The magnesium is chelated to the taurate for absorption purposes. Kal doesn't provide the exact amount of acid used as this information is proprietary."<br /><br />Based on the above information, do I truly know if I'm getting 400 mg of elemental magnesium? or 400mg of magnesium taurate? possible this product only has 32mg of elemental magnesium and only 400mg of magnesium taurate.

Dosage

I started taking this product about a month ago, was taking 400mg, am 62 yrs. old. I just increased it to 600mg. Have not noticed anything physically yet, course it's only been a month.<br /> I've read some of the reviews and noticed that the person does not mention their age, how long they have been using the product, and the amount of mg they are taking.<br /> I have a supplement chart that mentions supplements from A-Zinc. I looked at Magnesium, (it only said Magnesium) it says to take 400-1000mgs. More for heart patients. It's for deficiencies linked to -Chronic Fatigue, Depression, Insomnia and PMS. Hope this helps. For now, I am only giving it one star, this is not a negative thing, it's because I have only been taking this product for a month. So, nothing to report.

Heart Palpitations - GONE!! Thank you!

I had some scary heart palpitations before taking this. As soon as it arrived and I started taking it then they were gone. An amazing product.
