I was inspired to try this by seeing the results of a friend who has been using marine collagen as part of his joint support regime for osteoarthritis. It's early days with this bottle of Marine Multi Collagen, but I'm very pleased so far. There is research that shows that collagen supplements slow the loss of our body's own collagen by at least 31%. While it can take 8-12 weeks to begin to feel and see results, the price point and collagen, hyaluronic acid, and aloe vera per serving size is excellent (especially when compared to the cost of the popular brand everyone picks up at that warehouse superstore). The bottle contains a 45-day supply. The capsules are easy for me to swallow. There is no discernable taste or aftertaste. You should take this supplement with a meal to aid absorption. The label indicates that the supplement is formulated in the United States. My bottle has an expiration date of 8/18/23. I'll report back after I've given this a full trial.

So, I did not expect to leave a good review for this collagen. I really didn't think it would help my skin because so many products have not helped my fine lines. I really am shocked. I can even feel the difference in my skin texture. I have PCOS and I have a lot of skin problems. This did not solve all of my problems, but it did make my skin look more smooth and it cleared up some extremely dry patches on my elbows. This first pic is a very unflattering picture of my face. Terrible lighting in a hospital room, but I feel like it gives you a good idea of what my forehead lines look like in real life. The second pic is right after a shower, in front of a window that gets indirect light. I used to be able to feel the vertical line between my eye brows-- I can still feel it, but its not as deep. Look, if you end up buying this, you won't be disappointed. If you don't-- Good! More for me! $10 is worth the results that I got.

These are very good quality collagen capsules. They also contain Vitamin C, D, E, B6, B12, zinc and other minerals. This is all the good stuff for healthy hair, skin, nails, joints, and muscles. I have less hair falling and my skin feels softer. These capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste.
