In the Age of Covid we find ourselves taking more and different dietary supplements than ever before. It’s hard to know how effective this zinc supplement is, so we proceed as an article of faith. Better to hope and try than to ignore risk.
Not sure how but this really helps keep my face clear
So good to find Zinc at a lower dose. I could only find 50mg tablets locally and had to cut them in quarters to get the right dose. Cutting them made a powdery mess. It would be great if some reputable company had 12mg to 15mg size so I wouldn't have to cut them at all.
They are fine - But other's are 50 - 100 - 150 mg & more ... Zinc is / can be toxic over 100 mg
So if you want a Zinc pill that is just Zinc, and economical, this is a good pill for you! I take a Daily vitamin pill with 22, plus 1/2 of this 30 mg pill, so that gives me 37mg a day, it is recommended at least 25 mg for a daily dose!
