Good stuff to help ward off covid.

A supplemental dietary tablet that was recommended by a nurse to help ward off the virus. So far so good!

COVID-19 prophylaxis

Excellent to use it if your taking zinc as COVID-19 prophylaxis. Easy to digest with no side effects. I did notice increased hair and stronger nails after taking this for a couple weeks.

Make sure you order./get the correct dosage, 220mg, not 60mg, if applicable.

Fast service. No issues, other than having to exchange my order when one was listed as 220mg, but was really 60mg tablets.

Zinc Sulfate is poison if you are allergic to Sulfates..!<br />Many people are and will have heart problems..!<br />There are many other safe forms out there.
