We needed some probiotics a few months ago, on the advice of our physician, so naturally when shopping for some, I gravitated towards the Best Nest Brand (love their multi-vitamins and it is a brand I have used and really like), and ended up with Mama Bird Probiotics. I didn't realize these were formulated for "mamas" at the time, but found they were great for non-mamas too. Had everything we needed in one easy to swallow capsule. My husband used them too and it helped our stomachs a lot. Noticed a difference when we ran out and stopped using them, our guts were not happy anymore. I chose 5 stars for taste because there was no taste, for me at least. Thank you Best Nest Mama Bird, for offering such a good high quality product that I can trust.

These probiotics are a must-have in my opinion. Chock full of all the best cultures, very easy to swallow, just one capsule a day and they don't have to be refrigerated. Also a huge bonus for me was that at the time I received these I was just starting to notice slight symptoms of a uti brewing and I swear after taking just one probiotic capsule, a cranberry pill and lots of water the uti had thankfully resolved within 24 hours. This mama is so relieved and thankful!!!

These capsules are wonder in a bottle. They are very easy to swallow, no horrible aftertaste, and no smell. Slender pills so perfect for those who have difficulty swallowing. I have noticed a slight gut improvement as welll.

I love and trust this brand. Always super clean ingredients and high-quality products. This probiotic is no different. I like that it has multiple strains and it is one small pill once a day. I’ve tried many probiotics and this one is comparable to other brands. I notice big improvements with my digestion with probiotics.

I don't like swallowing pills, but got kind of used to it when I was pregnant. Now that I'm breastfeeding, I still find nutrition and probiotics super important for both me and my baby! I love that these are delayed release capsules so the probiotics are released where they're supposed to. I also like the abundant strains of probiotics. I also just feel good when taking these! I get less bloated, gassy, and just have more energy.

I started taking these because I felt like my gut health really took a hit after having my son three months ago. I was having so many issues and I noticed an improvement after only one week! I’m not a fan of pills but these are super easy to swallow and don’t have any taste!
