I have struggled with easy bruising and unexplained bruising since I was a teenager (currently 31). The day I started taking this I had 13 unexplained bruises on my legs alone, within a week all my bruises were gone. I highly recommend this product!

but if you can't absorb it it is completely USELESS! Stop using this garbage

Do NOT take ANY supplements with magnesium stearate in them. It creates a biofilm in your intestines which PREVENT you from absorbing any nutrients. What is the sense of taking them if you can't absorb them? I know it's cheaper for them to use this to pack as much product into each capsule as possible, but if you can't absorb it it is completely USELESS! Stop using this garbage. We don't want to pay for useless vitamins. We take them to get well, not to trick our bodies. Liars. They try to trick us with all these fancy labels no gluten no yeast no blah blah blah, but we can't even absorb them into our cells and bloodstream. Please. Please make sure you buy vitamins which do not use all these gimmicks and clearly state they use no fillers and no excipients. I don't care if the dose is 5000 mg per pill these pills do NOTHING for you. You are all getting DUPED.

Excellent Vitamin C w/Bioflavinoids

I've been taking this Vitamin C for quite a few years. I used to take Nutrilite and consider Nature's Way vitamins to be the equivalent for a lot less money. I always get the Vitamin C with the bioflavinoids and haven't been sick for years. I take one 1000 mg in the morning and one in the evening and would recommend this to anyone who is suffering from any kind of degradation in their health unless, of course, you are allergic to something in it. Instead of injecting germs into your system (dead or alive), try Vitamin C on a daily basis. If you feel a cold coming on, take it more often during the day. My philosophy is to eat and supplement your life to strengthen it, rather than to bombard it with germs or take antibiotics that suppress the immune system all together. The statements above are simply my opinions after years of doing everything I can to stay healthy.

Hard to find locally

Could not find these vitamins with bioflavenoids in any of the stores nearby. As with all vitamins, you can only suppose they are doing their job. These do cause gas with associated belching. Best to take after eating to suppress the gas.

One Star

Lame! Citrus bioflavonoid complex dropped from 600 mg to 50 mg per serving. So disappointed!

Vitamin C

I work in the medical field so the cold/flu follow me around often enough, taking this specific brand of vitamins C has helped tremendously at fighting off whatever cold symptoms comes in contact.
My co workers get sick I’m ok, my neighbors get sick I’m ok. It’s to a point that I’m giving this product as gifts now of how well it’s keeping me going.
Every body is different, it might work well for you but not for others, but give it a go test it out yourself & I hope you fall in love with it as much as I have.
