I tried this supplement for a month and thought it did help . When I ran out I started feeling tired and sluggish again, could really tell a difference. Will be ordering more.

I purchased this brand for years from a local health food store. I decided to start a "subscription" from Amazon to save time. Every month the Amazon purchases start turning brown before the bottle is finished. This never occurred when purchased from the local health food store. I don't know if Amazon's warehouse is too hot causing the problem or if the product is not as fresh. Bottom line, picking it up from the local health food store results in a better product, even when it is the exact same brand.

Terrific, Plant-based (as opposed to synthetic junk), not to mention no junk fillers. There is so much synthetic vitamins and supplements with junk fillers on the market. Products like this are refreshing!

This is a very good product to take for anybody that is over 45 years old. I have taking this for several months now and it has done very well for my overall health.
