Great product. I have been looking for a good supplement to take daily, and this product is it. I have been taking it for over 30 days now, and man has it made me feel better as I go through my day... 14 hour work days is not so bad anymore.
My husband has a very poor diet, but he is willing to take a few supplements. I love this product because of the good quality ingredients it contains and because he only has to take one a day. It pretty much covers the basics so at least he is getting a good foundation.
This is one of the few multivitamins whose daily dose of folic acid is 200 mcg or less, which is the recommended max for men over 40 according to the CSPI.
