This is the worst tasting material I've ever put in my mouth, it tasted like a combination of seawater and a bitter Berry that I would immediately spit out, thinking I had ingested something poisonous. So gross 😨😫
Great taste, gives you a nice natural boost of natural energy, but if you have HBP (High Blood Pressure) it's not for you. It contains a great amount of sodium around 200'ish mg and it will raise your blood pressure even if you are taking blood pressure medication, which is disappointing because at first I didn't realize it until I felt my BP elevate the few times I took it and finally read the ingredients and figured it out. If you have LBP (low blood pressure) it may help elevate it to a normal level, but I recommend anyone who takes this particular Elderberry Syrup to have a BP cuff to take readings before and after to make sure your levels are normal. At the same time, I would check with your doctor to see if it's even feasible for you to take if you have these known medical conditions, but the bottle does have a warning. If you are healthy and not on any medications you should be okay taking this, but I'd still check levels and check with a physician.
There is small layer of bubbles when I pour it on a teaspoon. Is that normal?
This is a good product, it seems to work. I don't get any colds or flu.
Product tastes good, not too sweet like so many elderberry products. Like the glass bottle and I feel great!.
