Great product, you can pop open a pill and add it to your morning smoothie, or protein shake. You can add it to your favorite juice. It doesn’t change the flavors at all since it is truest tasteless. The pills are a little on the larger side which makes them easier to open for mixing in other things but slightly harder to swallow. It was also easily absorbed into my body, meaning I didn’t just pee it all out right away like you see with other vitamin c’s. The family got a sore throat which usually means I’ll be sick for a week and I kept taking it and didn’t even get a little sick. Definitely recommend it.

I ordered this to support my immune system during a high stress time in my work and schooling due to COVID-19. I didn't want to get sick and I KNEW I was putting my immune system through the wringer staying up late and getting up early to work. I have been taking them consistently for about two weeks, they're easy to incorporate into my schedule I just keep it by the coffee pot, and just take them with a small glass of water while my coffee is brewing. An unexpected side effect of taking this high quality vit-c is that my hair fall (due to stress) has considerably improved. I don't think this is a claim that they make, but I do know that high quality vitamin c contributes to collagen maintenance. So, if you're spending big bucks on Collagen (rhymes with Wital Qrotiens) you should definitely invest in some Liposomal vitamin C, so your body can use the collagen more efficiently.

This product is great!! It has great ingredients and is easy to use. It can be swallowed or mixed into a beverage. I appreciated that it is vegan, non-GMO and made from quality ingredients. Also is carries a third party testing which is important to verify its quality. I really liked that I only had to take one serving per day where many others are more than that. This is a really great product.

I used Liposomal vitamin C as an immunity booster, we all know we can use that right now. I put this capsule in my daily green smoothie- It was absolutely delicious, the flavor reminded me of an old fashioned orange julius.<br />I used 1 banana, a handful of kale, half a lemon, 1/4 cup frozen spinach, 1/4 cup frozen pineapple, a scoop of pea protein isolate and some aloe Vera juice and 1/2 cup plant based milk Add my Liposomal Vitamin C capsule (opened to pour not whole) and blend until smooth- delicious every time!

I took them these consistently and noticed less mucus build up, as well as less agitation when I went outside. During allergy season this is very important because EVERYTIME I would go outside, my nose would begin to run and I would sneeze a lot. These were very helpful in balancing my immune system.

I enjoyed this product a lot. I took the capsules as well as opened them up to add to smoothies, water and juice. It has a strong but pleasant taste and mixes very well with water or other liquids. I normally have a hard time swallowing capsules but these went down no problem. I will definitely order this product again.
