As a person with an auto immune disease and lots of inflammation, I live by this. The vitamin c and ginger helps the immune system and the turmeric helps with the inflammation. I take a few sips from a bottle of cold water, pour a packet in, shake it up and drink it up. The taste is not bad!!!! I absolutely love it!!! The colder the water the better.

Liked the flavor and convience. It's good hot or cold.Will purchase this product again. It took a while to get here, but it is worth it in my opinion. I'm not sure if it relieved pain,but it has good ingredients that I trust. It just makes me feel good to sip this hot instead of something full of caffeine. I would recommend this product to friends and family. It was recommended to me by a friend.

great would buy again just hoping they lessen the sugar content<br />you dont need added sugars in these the same with other types of<br />gummys, i wish they come to their senses someday in this era for no need added sugars ...<br />but yes you get your added vitamins from these packets and if you need<br />less sugar then thin it out add more water! i will buy again i even add it to<br />smoothies ...

I've relied on Emergen-C for decades , but there's only been a few flavors I like : Super-Orange, Tangerine, and years ago there was a 'Cranberry' that was my go-to, but they stopped making it (the Pomogranite-cranberry is icky to me).<br />So, I was really excited to see this Turmeric-Ginger flavor! I love that combo in smoothies and other scenarios, so I jumped on this to get some variety into my Emergen-C rotation.<br /><br />The initial taste was good, until that awful Stevia taste kicked in. I'm one of those people who can *not* have Stevia - both because of its overbearing invasive taste, and also it gives me headaches.<br /><br /> I'm shocked that so many products are just adding it (or any alt-sweetener) without indicating it on the front of the package! Especially if it's different than the usual formula the same brand uses in other flavors, or historically.<br /><br />Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

Taste is a preference so can’t say you will like this or not, but I do. I have always been a ginger fan, so ask yourself before buying are you. It isn’t super “ginger” flavor though, enough for the taste but not over powering. Recently I have been trying the açaí berry energy immune mixes, which I like, also lemon/lime, these I like as well......
