I am a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician. I am always on the look out for good products to recommend. i like products that are made well, non GMO, and with out a lot of unnecessary ingredients. Pure Zinc is one of those products. I have been taking it for about a month and I can definitely tell a difference in my overall health. I have a real problem taking zinc tablets. 9.9 out of 10 times they make me so nauseated that I lose my breakfast after taking them. I've tried many different brands and gave away each bottle after they made me sick.<br />I got these with a bit of trepidation for that reason but really needed to boost my zinc intake. I use the Natures Craft Liver Supplements and am so in love with them that I have a subscription for them.<br />I got the bottle and took the first pill with my breakfast the next morning. I’ve heard good things about zinc and the immune system, especially with the corona virus. I’ve used several of their products before and have always been happy. This zinc supplement is no exception, I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be working well for me. I didn't give much thought to my diet and if I was getting enough essential nutrients then I did a little research.
