It’s hard to find brands with good quality supplements that haven’t been bought out by the bad companies. I have a hard time finding supplements I don’t have side effects from either because of potential genetic mutations but this supplement is outstanding!! I could feel it right away. I also take the selenium from this company. I have put my Hashimoto’s thyroiditis into remission after 121/2 years of medication and due to food sensitivities that’s why I needed this supplement to fulfill my zinc and the selenium values. I’m impressed which isn’t something I can say often. I highly recommend!

Every other Zinc I’ve tried (all organic ones) have made me super sick and most of the time I throw up. I read one of the comments from the Doctor Who makes this product and he said that you were only supposed to get a certain amount a day so this milligram is perfect for me and I felt a difference right away I have bought them for my friends and family it is so wonderful they all love it as well. This product may be great but the bottle I got was so thick it does not go into the dropper so I cannot get more then a drop to go in. I think I had a consistency problem on my batch. I see all the good reviews and perhaps it's great, but mine is a sludge that does not allow for dosing. I bought this a while ago while finishing other supplements so I am past the return date. However it says it does not expire till 2022 so it should not have went foul. Really bumbed as this is not a cheap zinc and I expected a superior product to other zinc I have used. This one I cannot even dose or use. Would love to send this back and try again since the other reviews seem good.

I had problem with dry skin and after a week I noticed big change. The conditions of my skin improved significantly. I like this product because it is very clean in the ingredients and the taste is good too. Truly recommend.
