Since taking this supplement I have felt normal for the first time since the beginning of 2020. I've only been taking it a few days, but man, I have noticed a huge difference in my overall feelings of well-being and general anxiety levels. I thought feeling out of control was what the rest of my life was going to be like, but these have made me feel somewhat normal again. I will happily pay $30/mo. to feel chill. They really do take the edge off and I've been sleeping really well. I usually spiral out of control around bedtime and I have really noticed a huge difference since taking these. I hope they never stop making them!

Maybe it’s just in my head but they seem to help. I’m an anxious person and have generalized anxiety disorder as well as panic disorder. These seem to have a calming effect on me without making me tired. Very promising!

This is a good formula for adding a little space between you and your reactions to the world. It's calming when I take it in the daytime, but also promotes a more balanced energy. If I take it before bed, it does help relax me and promote a deeper sleep. As another reviewer mentioned, it is nice to be able to tailor the amount you take to your specific needs that day or moment. It's an excellent formula for before bed.

Ever since taking this I feel a bit more jittery and unable to sleep. This is supposed to calm a restless brain, but not for me. I am also noticing that I have a headache abt an hour after taking this and it doesn't go away for the rest of the day. I am sad this didn't work since I am really needing something that actually does effectively calm the mind and body. For the price, no thanks.
