Alleviates my knee pain
Knee pain? What knee pain?<br />I come from a family of arthritic joint pain and bad attitudes.<br />But now, thanks to a combination of Osteo Bi-Flex and a Low Carb diet, neither bothers me anymore.<br />(Wish it worked on ex-husbands.)

Excellent product
This is an excellent product. The pain I Had in my knees is barely noticeable now. This product also contains Magnesium, which is great for preventing nightly muscle spasms, a component you can't find in similar products.<br />It always arrives as promised.

Gas and digestive woes!
Watch out if you can't handle the magnesium, digestive woes, terrible gas and diarrhea.
