Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival.

Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent.
