Hot Flashes Be-Gone!
This product is the best of its kind. it truly works. after a few days, my hot flashes stopped. the only down side is I gained a little weight. But I haven't been as active as I normally am, due to a recent surgery. If you are active, you should be okay on the weight gain. but if you are not active, you might gain a little weight. But gaining a little weight is better than suffering with those awful hot flashes.

Does not work
This product is not help in the least I don't know whether it's full of fillers and additives but it did nothing to alleviate the symptoms of menopause like any other black cohosh I've tried

They work.
My hot flashes are a thing of the past after about 10 days taking black cohosh. I take one morning & one evening. I can sleep!

Good amount for price but they seem to get stuck in my throat... recommend you take with plenty....of water
