Better than the name brands
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore.

Highly recommend this one
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.

Mixed feelings, leaning positive
Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.

Does the job, mostly
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented.
