I decided to try this magnesium because it claimed to be really clean. I have been taking different types of magnesium over the years with different results. After doing extensive search what to get next, I was really dismayed to see most of the mag supplements full of fillers and additives, even the "great" brands. I consider mag citrate quite ok as far as absorption and liked the fact that this supplement had no such fillers. The value is great, the big bottle will last a long time. It seems to do the job; I use it mainly to help me relax and sleep. Very happy with this purchase.
