Very good, but I never found the measuring spoon

Couldn't do it - taste is too nasty for me.

I have been taking Natural Calm magnesium for years before bed, and it helps a great deal with my anxiety, nerves and my ability to relax enough to sleep well. It's great stuff. This stuff is also great! It has the same level of magnesium as Natural calm but in one teapsoon instead of two. It also has marine collagen which can never hurt! I take grassfed bovine collange in the morning but a little more never hurts.<br /><br />Where I think this stuff really shines compared to Natural Calm is in flavor. This smells like pixie dust candy and also tastes really good, better than Natural Calm. It is sweet and has a more sweet drink taste (nothing like real pomegranate but still good).<br /><br />You get 113 servings in Natural Calm and 70 servings in this bottle, so that is a big consideration!<br /><br />Overall, it's a great product and if you have tried Natural Calm and hate the flavors this is certainly worth a try!<br /><br />UPDATE: Deducted a star because though this is great stuff, it consistently causes gas, and that is not fun anytime but especially right before bed!

I've been using this for a couple months now. I'm unsure as to whether it's helping since I'm still on my first bottle. The flavor is pleasant. I actually like to add it to either a smoothie or my morning oatmeal. I have used the water method as per the directions, but I prefer to add it to my food. That works best for me. I only have one complaint... the packaging. It's a very tall container, so it's difficult to scoop the powder out once it gets lower. I will have to pour it into a more suitable jar because it's almost impossible for me to scoop at this point. I wish KAL would consider a shorter wide-mouth container instead as I think that would be very helpful.

I got this for my father who suffers from high blood pressure. The powder is a bit sweet, but its easier for those who don't want to take more pills. Please continue making this product.

Diarrhea is common from Magnesium chelated to citrate, but that should not be an issue when chelated with Taurate, Taurine (or glucinate). Because this caused such massive stomach distress, I can only assume that I have received Magnesium Citrate. I waited a week after taking it the first time and tried a half teaspoon, with the same results. It's basically Milk of Magnesia - definitely not chelated with Taurate, as labelled.
